At incnxt LLC, we are committed to providing top-quality services to all our clients. Due to the nature of our work—especially government document processing, application-based services, and digital deliverables—all sales are final and non-refundable once a service has been initiated.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
EIN / ITIN application services
Walmart / Amazon store setup or approval
Business registration or entity formation
Website design and development
Trademark application services
Tax filing or reporting services (e.g., BOI, Annual Report)
Any government-related filing once submitted
Any customized consulting or document preparation
3. Eligibility for Refund (Before Service Initiation)
A partial or full refund may be granted only before any work has begun or any document has been submitted on your behalf. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.
To be eligible:
No documents should have been submitted to government agencies.
No consultation or work should have started on your request.
4. Processing Fees
If a refund is approved (before work begins), a processing fee of 10–15% may be deducted from the total amount paid to cover transaction and administrative costs.
5. Late Delivery or Delays
We strive for timely service delivery. However, delays caused by third-party entities (e.g., government agencies, payment processors, or mail services) are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.
6. Disputed Transactions
If you believe your payment was charged in error or fraudulently, please contact us directly at support@incnxt.com before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a ban from our services.
